I'm really satisfied with my STS-V for now. I realize the 09 CTS-V is a faster, nimbler vehicle but I'm Ok. Besides I already see more 09 CTS-Vs than STS-V on the road
:thumbsup:I think the STSv is a classier looking ride and before 08 it didnt have those crappy fender vents...
Ill keep my STSv, thank you.
Anyone else, or is it just me?

I have driven alot of cars in my life and nothing comes even close to that Bentley! Fit and finish is absolutely ridiculous!!Bentley.....nice. Talk about big dollar repairs, though, sheesh.

WELL SAID!!:thumbsup:Honestly to me they are in 2 different ballgames... The CTS-V i simply a base model caddy (CTS) that they converted to pretty much just corvette running gear. Don't get me wrong, they are nice... but they still are just what they are, a base model Caddy with a big motor. The STS-V on the other hand was engineered to be a german 'super-sedan' killer... They took the 'nicer model' and then pulled the motor and massaged it to allow for the supercharger and high horsepower... I honestly LOVE both cars, and i would love to add a CTS-V to my lineup... but it just isn't in the same class to me.
I personally would not trade my STS-V for even the 09 CTS-V... I think that they both are amazing cars, but there is something that is so much more refined and fitting to me about the STS-V.
My 2c.

+1 ive had 4 ls motor cars love them easy to work on and really easy to get into the 11's but i still think it would be cooler to make one of theses tanks hit a mid to low 12I know it's a different car, but I would rather have my STS V over my brothers 3.6DI CTS. I love the STSV, that powerband is amazing. I have contemplated on maybe switching them out. But besides the powerplant, there isn't much that catches my attention. :-/
STSV just looks more fitting than a CTS. I'm a mod freak, and I would rather pull a STS V in the low to mid 11s than a CTS V. thats just me though.
maybe, reason for that is cause i've never tampered with the N* motors. I've messed with the LS motors and those were fun!
Thought you would have mentioned if it was fast or not!!Ive test driven the 09V.....fast as hell...but, not my style. I prefer the subdued elegance of the STSv, not the boy-racer looks of the CTSv.
BTW, did I tell you the 09V is fast as hell....hoo fah!
