Hey Guys.....just got my CTS....really enjoying it!!! Now I really know why people say a Cadillac is a Cadillac - no comparison whatsoever!!! I was just wondering....being a music freak, I do like to listen to a wide range of music...so is it possible anyway to hook up my ipod to the factory system? I have a bose one installed. Are there any kind of interface? (except the FM Transmitter one...I hate that!!!). I'm talking about directly hooking up the ipod...are there any options? :hmm:

I hate the FM interface the quality sucks, I prefer to use the cassette method although I don't care for the wire dangling out of the cassette deck but the quality is much better than the FM interface. I have a 2003 CTS I noticed that the newer CTS's do not come with cassettes

Thanks guys for all the feedback.....yes, the FM tranmitter sucks!!! The quality sucks and you have to change the station if you are in a city with lots of radio staitons!!! My personal opinion....never go with this crap!!

think this works only if you have a cassette player. Alot of us may go with the new solution being released on 1 Dec.

How easily did this connect to your CTS? Do you have a NAV stereo or Standard?

The Mp3yourcar solution is basically the same as a cassette tape adapter that you can buy for $10 at radio shack (and will do the same thing)....

The radiosandmore.com kit is full integration (charging, titles on the display, Radio controls, etc)..

They are not comperable in my mind...
