Don't forget that the OEM system uses special low impedance speakers. They're NOT your stock 8 Ohm or 4 Ohm aftermarket units.

Go down to Cadillac Technical, Audio/Alarms. Probably more answers there......

Get on eBay and find a Helm GM Factory Service Manual set.
