What else would I need fitting?

You will need 2 NPT to hose fittings that you can get at Home Depot or Lowe's. You will also need to fabricate a bracket to hold as it is not a direct swap. I used the factory bracket and made another one to attach to the factory bracket. Not extremely difficult, but take a little time.

Yes there are only 2 wires.

I understand you have cut the bracket but how about the pump did you bend the bracket so it could face up in the to hose alignment.

You have to change the orientation of the outlet. There are a couple of screws in the top of the motor (NOT THE 3 ON TOP OF THE UNIT) you take out and move the outlet.
