I need a little bit of help. Can someone look at their car and tell me if the water hose route in this diagram matches up to your Vsport. The lower or front hose from the CAC water manifold runs to the top of the intercooler pump.
I ask because the LF4 engine, nearly identical to our LF3, is different than this diagram. Makes me wonder if I have my hoes running incorrectly.

By the way, there is absolutely no need to buy the $90 "kit" to bleed your intercooler. I used a 6" long 3/4" heater hose over the schrader valve outside diameter and 3/8" ratchet extension to push the valve stem open inside the hose. Then just poured coolant down the hose alongside the ratchet extension.

I used a clip lead (with fuse in case of a slip-up!!) to the battery and a probe to poke the (removed) fuse contacts to run the intercooler pump. Note that only one side of the fuse contacts connects to the pump, the other side goes to the 12V supply in the fuse box.

There's already a lot crammed under the hood, let's see your install and I'll decide if it's a better solution than 5 minutes once a year.
