Installing nav sd on 2011 ext

Bought upgrade nav disc for my 2011 ext,which turned out to be an SD card.i just can't figure out how to install it.love to get specific ideas on anyone who's done it.i have 2011,but it also works thru 14.tjanks much.

If anyone can find out how to upgrade the SD card to the new 2015 version, please please, please let me know...
