Installing nav sd on 2011 ext

Bought upgrade nav disc for my 2011 ext,which turned out to be an SD card.i just can't figure out how to install it.love to get specific ideas on anyone who's done it.i have 2011,but it also works thru 14.tjanks much.

Ps says I need. Activation code.is that on the card somewhere.it has marking pin number on card is that it.

The new c.f. card for 2011 thru 2014 only goes thru 2015 for update.
