Installation instructions for B&M and or UUC Short Shifter?

I've searched for over an hour and am finding nothing.

Can anyone point me to a good set of installation instructions for the B&M and or UUC. I will be getting one just want the install instructions. Antoher person said I could find them here. I couldn't

pictures always help!

The B&M comes with pretty good instructions. There is this too:

by the way, I searched "shifter install" and chose to "only search thread titles" and the thread was on the first page of results.
