Or since he won it from ebay he could have simply taken the photos from the other guys ad and used them in his own.

The one in the picture looks like a cd nav. It says cd-rom next to the top slot and not DVD.

On a side note, does anyone know what the purpose of the I/R reciever is on the upper right corner? At least thats what it looks like.

All CTS Navs have the IR port on the upper right corner. The manual says you can beam names, addresses, and phone numbers from a Palm Pilot into the Nav. I've never tried it, since I don't own a Palm. There was a member who used some kind of Palm emulator on a WinCE hand held and got it to work, also. It could be a cool feature if you call a lot of people from your car. I simply use my cell phone with a headset for that.

Ive seen this before, he says its a DVD nav, but it clearly has CD ROM written on it. Something dosnt seem right.

Also, By the picture of this item its a CD Nav and not a DVD Nav.
