Ok, I have a 1990 Fleetwood / Deville. I don't have / or want to buy a Factory Service Manual for it because this car has about had it, 250,000 miles, and it's currently just a backup for my ETC.

I am going to drive it through this winter but it has no heat at the moment and it's cold here in Indiana. It has serious electrical problems; the Climate Control Unit and the Fuel Gage just say "c". Adjusting the temperature has no effect and the temperature readout just continues to say "c". It is very frustrating.

What I need is for someone, with a Factory Service Manual, to look up the color and approximate location of the "TEMPERATURE VALVE ACTUATOR MOTOR DRIVE" wire. Once I can locate this one wire I can apply either + or -12 to rotate the Temperature Valve to expose myself to that sweet sweet heater core!

Please help me :yup:

Clap yo hands, stomp yo feet, praise the Lord, I gots heat.

Problem solved! If anyone else is desperate for cheap heat here's how to get it:

Remove all screws in / around glove box.
Remove connections from glove box switches.
Get glove box out of the way.
Look in hole to see shiney metal rod.
Grab rod with big pliers and pull to the right.
Enjoy Cadillac Style Heat.
