93 Seville, 4.9l , I recently replaced the ISC motor due to a code for open throttle switch, code p027, which caused the accelerator to remain where it was and not release until the vehicle slowed to under 5 mph. After replacing the motor, everything was great for the first day, then, for the last 3 days, when I start it, the idle is down to 50 - 100 rpm, barely running, then it catches and the idle jumps up then back down, it will do this 2 or 3 times then finally catch and will idle normally. Once the idle hits normal, I will have no problems with it accelerating, cruising, idling, etc until I shut it off and start it again. I have no codes. Any ideas?

Did you adjust the plunger on the new ISC motor?

I did adjust the plunger, not absolutely sure I did it correctly though

Actually I think I did it wrong, I never did the minimum idle adjustment, so I will try that this weekend and recheck the other adjustments and see how it goes.
