First off this is not the same one from the perfect 10 thread. This one is like a 50, off the charts but that's besides the point. She's the one I mentioned in the women cooking thread. I've spent the past three weeks getting to know her and we've actually gotten really close, "REALLY CLOSE." Anyway, tomorrow I'm gonna try to offically hook up with her but I have like zero confidence in doing this. She is no ordinary girl! She has the mentality of a guy so she's hard for me to read. She's so incredably cool and good looking and I wanna hook up with her. I just lack the confidence!!! :crying:

Man just be yourself, but act confident even if your not. Just make sure you invite her to something that will just be you and her, no friends. I've done that and they always take it the wrong way.

Who you are is what you are and that is who she is going to expect to see everyday. If she is going to fall for you and hang around for a while - it is also who you will have to be. If you try to be who you are not then you will end up miserible because you are always struggling to keep things going.

What good would it do you if she falls for something you're not only to find out the truth later? It makes you look like a total fool to her and any other potential interests around you.

Good advice.. Definitely don't look desperate. And definitely act like somebody with a lot of confidence.. That's the trick.. She obviously likes you - at least to some extent. Just tell her, "Come on, I'm gonna take you out tonight.". If you know what she likes to do, do THAT. Better yet, if you know what type of food she likes - or what type of restaurant she likes, take her there...

Honesty is key becuase (as mentioned above) who you are and who she is will be made know in time. Best to be true to yourself and her from the beginnig, if she's not into that better you both find out right away.

This girl who sat at my table, a friend of mine (who years later became my fiance, then ex-fiance), got up to sharpen her pencil. Well I saw her today and I never got around to dropping the bomb. It's obvious that we like each other since we hold each other and kiss and such since we're on a "Friends with Benefits" type of status. I was gonna do it but I couldn't find the opportunity so I'll set it aside for another day. She and I might be going to a show sometime since we're both into metal. You need to be COOL and APPEAR confident, even though most guys are not very confident or cool in these dating situations. PROJECT confidence ie, don't studder when you talk, don't walk through a glass door while taking her into a movie theatre, and above all, don't ever get your finger caught in her bra strap!


Now, what's your "plan of attack?" ie, how do you plan to get her to "be yours?" What's the setting man? Where will you be when you do this? WHAT do you plan to say??

I'm not sure if you are doing the "ring" thing, but if you are getting her a "promise" ring or anything like that, have the waiter put it in the jello pudding or whatever you will be having for desert at the restaurant next time. :thumbsup: Just make sure she doesn't choke on it, because rings are fairly expensive!!
