So my abs light is on and my traction control button no longer works and it
Says it has to do with the stability sensor when checking the code display how do I fix it

I think the transmission sends a signal to the computer which drives the speedometer. If any of the wheel speed sensors are bad there will be an error code for which one on the OBD2 port. If you don't have a code reader some parts stores wilk check the codes for you at no charge.

according to my mechanic every wheel has a speed sensor it is used for abs etc. that’s what has failed not the sensor for the speedometer to report traveling speed. I have had the same and it was the wheel bearing hub going bad.
