Well it turns out Hyundai is a lot further along with the next Tiburon or Tiburon replacement (still no word on if it will keep the same name) but it will be RWD since it's based off of the same chassis as the upcoming RWD Genesis sedan. When the Tiburon is first released it will come with two engines. The base model engine will be a turbo charged I4 producing 215 hp and the other engine will be a reworked version of the 3.8 V6 that's currently in the Azera, it will be more fuel efficient and have more power but the V6 version will have 300 hp. Pricing will start in the mid to low $20's and the car could be out as early as late 2008. As for a V8 version, it still hasn't been confirmed as of yet but if it does happen you won't see it until a year after it's release. I think I may have found my next car
