Don't know what to think. Been waiting 5 weeks for a part so I can open the passenger door from the outside.

Don't know if this is a dealer issue or a GM Cadillac issues. Either way it's a poor customer service issue.

The had the car all day only to find out that the door didn't get fixed until I showed up to pick it up.

Assistant Service manager didn't even bother to change the contact info from the previous owner so when I reviewed my bill it had all of the old owners info so if they had wanted to get back to me they couldn't have.

Called numerous times and didn't get a very welcome result from the same Assistant service manager. Seems content to just leave me hanging.

Talked to the Service manager and am hopeful but not real confident since nothing has changed.

Next step is the General Manager or Better Business Bureau.
