Performance should be the focus of the new luxury cars. Performance as in braking, striaght line acceleation, handling while still being able to maintain the balance (comfort/road manner vs performance). That's something cadillac is now realizing. Fact is these m-series, type-s, and amg sell quickly even with premium price. Which cadillac is lacking severly.

Also cadillac needs to get into younger generation market by making a compact sedan/coupe that will perform and look good to comepete in the hottest segment in the market.
