How to Sell 1968 Fleetwood Brougham?

I just joined the site. I want to sell a 1968 Black on Black Fleetwood Brougham that has been in storage in Waukegan ILL for 21 years. How do I advertise it on this site? Once I know next steps, I can post pictures and price
