Yes it's all plastic. But the chrome should be a separate insert

I havent did a 1993 but on doors and quarter there should be screws under rocker panel area that you take out which releases the plastic some have small areas of double face tape that you will have to deal with then should be able unclip at top. On bumper areas you have to pull front a rear bumper panels then you should be able to get to fasteners which if your are going to have to take off for painting anyway, Good luck.

On doors there should be screws on back side of door.

I believe those are bolted to the door from the inside -
you'll have to remove the door panels -

HOWEVER -

if this is the same car with the rusted out door hinge -
I wouldn't be too concerned about paint
