Disconnect the neg. bat. cable, remove the plastic splash guard directly below the alternator/ac comp, the drive belt ,the electrical harness, mounting bolts(15 mm) and the alternator will drop straight down and out the bottom.( between the ac comp and the radiator.) You will have to rotate the alternator to get the smallest deminsion through the opening between the radiotor and ac comp. It's tight but it will come out. Hope this helps.

in addition to good advise so far you will have to loosen the two cooling fans (two bolts each) from the top and move them towards the driver side. radiator does not have to come out. place piece of cardboard or carving board plastic behind radiator to protect it from alternator contact. good luck.
