Hello I have 2007 CTS on 22 inch spinners I have had them for a few years now an one of them doesnt spin at all anymore. So I was wondering if its a way to make all of them stop spinning so they just float instead of spin. I was thinking about adding some wheel weights to one piece of each spinner to weigh it down so it doesnt spin. Does anyone have any suggetions or help on this

I suspect you'd have to remove the bearings and weld them solid, or pack a whole bunch of sand in there (essentially what happened to your stuck wheel, got full of dirt).

I believe floaters are wheels that spin, but while driving, remain in one position, as they spin, but do not spin correctly. I presume this simply because from what I gather, they are not spinning OR staying still, because he says it does not SPIN and if he wanted stationary wheels, he would just buy a new set or weld these bastards shut. I do not see why he does not do the obvious and find out how to fix the "stuck" one.

Actually, ever heard of Valsella? They make a device that you leave your car parked on for about an hour and activate it and it should very much fix all your spinner problems.
