some settings require the ignition on, some not. Every model/ update could be slightly different.

Yes, I am aware of the existence of those resources, and already attempted to get the answer from them... and that's why I'm here. But thanks

 

I have found Youtube to be a better resource than my Cadillac manual. Also much easier to search.

On my 2020 4WD luxury there is an “automatic door locks” switch in the vehicle settings I think under the comfort section.
