How do I disconnect the heated seats

I have an 01 Catera Sport. The passenger side heated seat will not turn off. Is there a way I can disconnect it myself?

There is a plug under the seat or you could pull ou the fuse/relay from under the dash or engine compartment.
Owners manual should point to where either of those are located.

Towards the back of the book there is a list of all fuse/relay for all of the wiring.
