How difficult is it to remove the transmission from a 94 Deville Concours

I am going to replace my transmission with a scrap yard unit from my local atlanta pullapart's yard.

I want to know if anyone has attempted this by themselves or with a friend.
How difficult was it.

You will need to remove the whole engine and tranny assembly, this is done by removing the engine cradle bolts and lifting the car into the air. Once all connections have been unplugged and removed, then the whole unit rolls out from underneath. Once out you can remove the tranny quite easily. Just one word of warning, this tranny is very heavy have a truss nearby if you are going to pick it up. There are some posts if you search about removing the engine. It would also be good if the FSM was nearby for referall
