Its supposed to be $6-700. As far as carbon fiber.. its a bit lighter but would probably double the price of the hood. The CTS hood stock is aluminum so there is no advantage .. There will be a heat extraction option though.
The hood will be fiberglass. The one in the pic will be the plug. It is a stock hood with a molded cowl so there is no shape or fit issue.

Fiberglass. He has a big thread going on in the V Forum. I think as he gets more orders the price can go down. This hood is similar to the STS hood but a tad higher. I like it. He has some photochops with the heat extractors too.
A lot of time and patience has went into this design. Coming up with a design to please everyone is not easy!

Very true on both statements. Once a mold is produced, the cost should and could go to about 1/2 that. Nice design though.

ok, i think that looks hella nice. i love it. i'd be interested in one should the price go down a little bit. i'd also love to see it with the heat extractors...
