So I have been sourcing out some parts for the car and wouldn't you know it OEM sport coil springs and dampeners no longer available. I cross reverenced the part # and came across these dampeners.
Question is if they will throw any suspension codes. Has anyone tried these yet? Also it seems to me that there are two different coil springs offered soft and sport. Sport they don't offer any more so I guess im stuck with soft? Funny how both say the same thing in the description below.
Any input is much appreciated! Thanks

so - here's the deal -

the original FE3 (stiff) coil springs are simply not available -
IF you NEED new springs I recommend MOOG 81086 FRONT - and MOOG 81005 REAR -

-----------------------

as for the F45 - electronic struts and shocks - they too are simply not available -

arnott is WAY overpriced CRAP! STAY AWAY -

if you need new struts and shocks I recommend
STRUTS -
ACDELCO 505525 LEFT -
ACDELCO 505526 RIGHT -
both struts - including shipping - will cost around $295 from rockato.com -
around the same price from amazon.com -

SHOCKS -
MONROE 40046 -
around $250 - for the pair - including shipping from rockauto.com -
amazon if a couple bucks higher -

--------------------

YES - installing the non-electronic struts and shocks WILL create issues with the suspension module -
HOWEVER - there is a quick and simple CURE -
that is to install a 4.7K ohm resistor into each original strut/shock electrical plug -
this will simulate the electrical load of the original dampers -
and WILL keep the module "happy" resulting in no codes or warning messages -

a 10-pack of resistors (you only need 4) is $1.69 - with free shipping -

It's all in here, Seville, Northstar somewhere. As you get more familiar with the site you can find the answers to ANY - ANY - question you may have on any part/system/feature of your Concours.

You've discovered the reason behind an old saying here: Old Cadillacs are cheap to buy but expensive to drive.
