Disassembly is fairly involved but not too difficult. The HMI module is easy to get to, just drop the plastic piece under the glove box. It's only 3 or 4 screws. Getting to the radio receiver and replacing the USB port is where you have to tear most of the dash apart.

Who in Canada did you send it to for reprograming? I might send mine there.You can search ATS HMI replacement on YouTube
