@Cadillac Customer Service doesn’t expect dealers to offer loaner service like every new and used BMW I’ve owned, I’d have to go without a car for a week of the dealer driving my new $78k XT6 with less than 10k miles around to diagnose the problem since the video we provided isn’t enough for them to actually put forth some mechanical intelligence once the vehicle is on the rack. I may be a bit salty as I remember why I shouldn’t have spent so much money on a GM product since the brand knows how to create premium price tags but can’t seem to offer premium service levels. And yes, it is embarrassing!
