The issue I’m having is that my high beams are staying on. I replace the floor switch but it di not correct the problem.
I see that the wires to the switch go up to what looks to be a relay. I searched the internet for the relay but can not find anything that is associated with the dimmer switch. I was wondering if anyone had any advise.
Thank you in advance

Thank you. Do you happen to know where I can find one ?
=====================
no idea - BUT - other relays in the car MIGHT have the same pins -

you could CAREFULLY open up and remove the cover of the relay box -
then use a spray electrical contact cleaner to clean/flush the debris out -

===================

there is another possibility -
if the wires from the floor switch to the relay are bare ANYWHERE - and touching -
this would also close the circuit -

had a similar issue on an old Deville - but with the power window -

when the driver moved his left foot -
the left/front window would go down -
discovered the wire loom under the carpet was chaffed -
moving the heel of the left foot connected the chaffed wires - acting like a switch -
and lowered the window

Maybe something to do with a Guidematic system and its relay? (which I don't understand). Info here for a possibly similar 78 including dimmer relay location:

My convertible motor has relays in the trunk. One got banged, stuck, and drained my battery. I took the cover off and fixed it... somehow.
