For those of you in wintry parts of the world, what's your experience been with the DTS's ability to melt snow off the headlight lenses using its HIDs? When you get done driving through a steady snowfall, do you still have any light poking out, or are they completely covered in wintry debris? If it's the latter, are the foglights hot enough to keep their lenses clear so that you're able to get at least some light onto the road?

I lived in Minnesota for 20 years and never thought about my headlights. We average 70 inches a year. I brush the headlights off if i forget to park in garage.
I guess we don't get to much slushy snow up here its to cold. So i don't get mush debris from other cars in traffic. Lol that might be why some of them old cars had wiper blades on the headlights

Never had a problem with the headlights getting blocked by snow while driving. You should be fine as long as you clean off any snow before driving.
