Today I can also, wonder why? I downloaded it 4 months ago so doesn't matter too much to me not but for all the people asking for instructions this is a good tool. Somewhat difficult to navigate as it's over 13k pages long (search for key words). I used it recently to replace my rear Magnetic Ride Shocks.
