HI I think I need to replace the fuel tank on my 1993 Deville coupae. The display keeps doing the "c" and since there is a issue with the original baffle coming loose. so I am looking for a parts list on what to change out.

1. Fuel tank comse with o-ring and locking ring
2. Bag filter/strainer
3. fuel filter (i have)
4. Tank straps

Please build on this list to help.

C's in the display usually mean a loss of data communication with the BCM. The fuel sender should not cause this but, If the tank is coming out anyway, You should check or replace the fuel sender as a precaution.

I found the hardest part of the job was the fuel filler neck tube. The rubber can become hard. This can make the hose seem to be welded on. (been there done that) You bay find it easier to remove the filler neck all together from the body and work on it out in the open.

Good luck and have a great day!
