Help with hiding wires....

I installed the vizualogic A1250 headrest units in my wifes 06 ESV. It was actually very easy to my surprise. However, I am not sure how to gain access under the carpet so that I can make the install look nice and clean. What is the trick? I need to be able to hide the monitor wires from the passenger seat to the driver seat and then from the driver seat to the power source. THanks in advance for any suggestion.

Where did you tap in to get the power source for the monitors??
