This is very common in these cars, mine is also common especially when i have been driving for a while and the differential gets up to heat. yours is definitely louder, and the whine is higher pitched. But almost all of us experience the same with some variance in how it sounds.

Its your CENTER DRIVESHAFT SUPPORT BEARING. the sleave is loose and/or is out of grease.
It does it on lower RPMS around 2nd gear.

If the cars has miles on it you will most likely need to change it.
they run about 50 bucks EBay.

It has to do with the way the shaft spins at a slant at that velocity. Once it picks up speed the shaft straightens out and squealing goes away.

CENTER DRIVESHAFT SUPPORT BEARING does it have a grease fitting on it to grease? have any pictures of it so i know what to look for?
There is no grease fitting.
It is on the drive shaft - right at the center.

I've attached the drawing for the shaft.

You will need to remove the shaft and remove the center bearing, install a new one and pack with grease inside the slinger.
To do this you will need to remove the exhaust pipes and muffler to get to the shaft.

Or .... you can get a shop to do it for a couple of hundred.

It's also important to remember that you absolutely need a torque wrench so you can torque all the bolts down to correct specification. If you dont even have a torque wrench or know what it is or how to use one then this job is definitely not for you. Thankfully most dealerships wont charge you much for work like that because the components are easy to get to. I got all the rubber components in my driveshaft replaced for $300 in labor. I spent about $200 in parts. so $500+some change.
