Can somebody please assist me getting the part number for this T-shape connecting cooling pipe, and advice on where to purchase a new one. It has the numbers 9012 02 printed on it. Thank You

Looks like some sort of heater coolant line T, maybe aftermarket. Common in U.S. parts stores. The screw band clamps are aftermarket also.

DO NOT use a universal T fitting. I forget the proper name, but it is in fact part of the heater core line, and it has a restrictor in one leg. Take note of which leg has that restrictor when you remove it. Install it wrong and you'll have (cabin) heating problems.

Why are you replaceinbg it?

P.S.
I think it is the same part that is on a 4.9 engine.

like Ranger said - it is a very special part - NOT just a "T" fitting -
the correct name for that part is Heater Water Flow Control Valve
and the correct part number is - GM 15-5390
