Just bought a used 2014 XTS with 6,000 miles. For some reason, I can't get the microphone to pick up any voice. It's like they are not plugged in. I've paired my Iphone and can make calls but the other end can't hear me. Also tried the Que commands but it can't hear me either. Also the On Star don't hear me either. IS there a mic mute somewhere? The prior owner is no help.

There is a mute button but it will silence everything. (you can also mute the mic when in a call but the mic would still work with CUE afterwards) Based on what you've described, it sounds like a bad connection somewhere. Since it is under warranty, I wouldn't try to investigate any further...take it to your dealer to have it checked out. Good luck!
