Help! brake proportioning valve asm GM P/N

Hi, there,

I got a brake leak on my 89 Caddy fleetwood. I wonder if anyone can help me find the GM part for the brake proportioning valve asm for her? Also, a big portion of brake line are badly rusted. Can I use commpression fitting to splice some steel brake line there? Thanks!:confused:
