I have a 2002 Deville that I drive regularly between central North Carolina and central New York. I've owned a number of cars over the 11 years that I've made this trip regularly (currently once per month) and this one is the best of the bunch. A nice quiet ride, good gas mileage, and decent acceleration and handling. My sig. other has a 2004 CTS with the 3.6 that she says she'll keep forever. It handles and accelerates well and has been very reliable.
I do whatever repairs I can myself without a code reader and a lift. Brakes, wheel bearings, etc. I found this group while searching for some repair info for the Deville. Glad I did.
