My heated steering wheel light comes on for a second then shuts off then if I push it again it will not light up how do I get the heated steering wheel to work?

Here is your 2007 manual PDF

If it is no longer lighting up it may have blown the fuse. It would be in the under hood fuse block #48.
There could be a short in the heater and a new steering wheel replacement is needed.
