Either your refrigerant level is slightly low or an air blend door /actuator has failed.

An A/C shop can use a gauge set to check refrigerant levels/efficiency. Have the car scanned at a parts store to check for HVAC system trouble codes. Use this link to decipher any found codes ...........

After about 15 minutes, mine does the opposite: driver cold, pass. hot. I put duct tape over the 4 openings under the left dash and wear double socks on my few long winter trips.

Someone suggested pulling the heater fuse for a few minutes while the heater is running. The DIY help site https://www.2carpros.com recommended a new inside temp sensor, which I will install tomorrow when it's warm, but I think I'm going to need a new main controller.
