It's 50 degrees in Baltimore this morning and my heat does not work. When I push the warmer button to 75 degrees, the air stops coming out of the vents. I can still hear it but I can't feel it. When I push the warmer to 90 degrees, it's still cold in the car. Please help. My a/c works fine.

What year car are we talking about? Is there air coming out of any vent (floor, vent or defrost)? Maybe the air mix door is stuch in the A/C position.

Maybe the heater control valve? If you have one, it should be near the firewall, in the engine compartment, with the heater hoses connected to it.

UPDATE

Last night when I was driving home from school, my 'Low A/C Refrigerent' and 'Service A/C soon' messages came on. Is A/C Refrigerent this R12 I keep hearing about? Can this be the reason why hot air does not come out of my vents?

Yes, a '92 uses R12 refrigerant and if it is low, it will cause insufficient cooling. It will not have any effect on heating.
