Hello, does anyone know if the lens on my 2001 STS is removable? It appears that the round lens on my front turn signal (I believe) has popped out and is floating around inside the headlight lens itself. Thanks, Steve

Not positive but I'd bet against it.

I think it is. Involves heating up the assembly so that you can pull off the lens. As for putting it back on I dunno. I guess some kind of sealant. But, seems like you'd be able to tell?? I dunno. Someone has taken it off to paint part of it black. I'm not sure if they're on here or not.

If it's like the others I've seen, you'll literally need to bake it in the oven for awhile until the adhesive becomes pliable. I don't know what temp and for how long to do this, and I don't even know if this is the type of light enclosure that's like that. So do it at your own risk...

i wonder if this baking process would work the same way to heat up the adhesive on the 3rd brake lights...to repair them?

any one know if theres a way to get moisture out of the lens on the rear of a 97 sts? ive tried everything and i cant figure it out.
