my 06 esv headlights have stop working. i bought two hid bulbs based on specs. however after opening up lens i noticed that the original hid fittings are removed. it nows takes regular bulbs. How can i get the original wiring.

I would think that your esv simply did not have the hid option from the factory. My SRX looks like it would have hids but it's just halogen lamps inside.

I would buy a aftermarket hid kit on ebay for like $50 shipped.. best route if you want hid.. it shouldn't be hard to install.. plug and play

you will need to call caddy parts with your VIN # to see if your ride actually had HID's or not as they were an option at some point vs. being "stock".
