Headlamp condensation????

517 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  Woodoggie
I have a 2014 XTS. After a huge rainfall in the DC area yesterday, I noticed the line of LED lights beside the actually headlight stopped working on the passenger side this morning. There also seems to be condensation within the actual headlamp assembly, but the main headlight works still. This has never happened before. Has anyone else experienced this, or if tips can be provided it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you have condensation then moisture has entered the Sealed unit. Check very closely for cracks or very small holes. Needless to say water and light bulbs/LED electronics don't mix! You must find where the moisture is getting in before you can fix it though. Watch some YouTubes on moisture in headlights.
