Ask Jake at www.northstarperformance.com. He's the maker/distributor of the SureGrip Northstar stud system and has quite a few shops nationwide that use his system.
You might also try to contact member JoeTahoe - he works in Ohio or upstate NY. Might know of a local shop, though.I am in central ny 50 miles south of Syracuse. I don't know of any shops down that way but jake might. Anyone can Do it if they have the proper tools and resources with the studs
