I have followed the manual to the letter and set the options on the CUE to on but it wont hold. I am sure I am omitting a step. Any help would be much appreciated.

BTW: For those of you with the CUE bug, there is a small software fix that is SUPPOSED to lower the frequency of the Climate Control OFF occurrence. My fix was installed last week, but havent been in it enough to give honest feedback.
