Out of curiosity, has anyone been able to find where the liftgate ("kick") sensor is located? I crawled up underneath my vehicle this afternoon and darned if I could find it? It would be hard for me to believe they use the rear camera for this.

You need to have the key fob in your pocket and kick it in a swift motion underneath the middle of the rear bumper. It should open.

Yep, quick kick straight under and right back out. If you try to hold your foot there, or wave it around, the software ignores it.

Yep...and there is about a 2 second delay before the lights flash and up it goes! Have to look under there and see what i can see!

I figured the delay is so you have time to get out of the way before the door whacks you!
