Though not worth $32k, you do know that that car has fully disassembled and everything has been replaced with new stuff. Its like a getting a new car, a very ugly new car. And im sure it would cost well over $32k to duplicate that the way MTV did. They didnt just slap some 20's and pink paint on it. That car has been fully restored down to the bare metal

I remember watching the episode this car was in... they didn't open the hood ONCE. I dont give a rats ass about that stupid interior or a crappy paint job. I want to know what the condition of the engine is and if there is still undercoating on the underside!!!

Exactly...I've never seen the Pimp My Ride team open the hood of a car or talk about any engine modifications. That car is worth as much as any other 78 Caddy with 120K miles on it...maybe less considering the barbie pink paint and ass ugly interior.

They do replace the engines and/or rebuild/do modifications on them.

They recently put an 800hp Duramax diesel in a '66 Impala,it ran on biodiesel. Smoked a Gallardo in the 1/4.
