Okay, that pretty much covers it. But to be more specific....

On my 1992 Fleetwood, I only have two speakers in the car. Hearses didn't need an abundance of speakers - pretty much just the driver and one old, cold passenger.

This is the first NICE car I've owned since 2000. I don't want to damage my dash removing the speaker grill to change the speaker that is dying (ironic, no?) Anyone know how I remove it without damaging anything? I pried very gently but it didn't seem to have any give. I tried various angles, each side. Any info appreciated. I just don't want to break anything not already broken. I need seat covers, but otherwise the inside of my car is pretty decent.

Some of those grills don't come out without removing the dash IIRC. May have fins bent over keeping it in.

You need to pop the dash loose, screws are in the vents and a couple of other places, can probably find it on google search of the forums
