I would, but I don’t want the holes and I don’t like the plugs. Maybe some day I’ll take it off and have the bumper repaired.
The license plate bracket on yours is very discreet and blends nicely with the car. I wouldn't remove it and then have to plug holes. Also where the bracket sits will most likely have left marks in the paint of the bumper. The badge and Cadillac script plate give it a really sharp look!

I agree that this bracket and the plate I found is not a bad look. I’m sure the whole bumper would have to be painted if I did remove the bracket. Knowing my luck the bumper will get hit at some point and then I can delete the bracket.

When I took the bracket off from my Buick there were marks in the paint but not deep. My buffer took them right out and the plugs are tiny 3/16". The car is black and had a black bracket like your XTS. The plugs were $2.00 from e-bay and they really do not show much and never came out. I figured I could always put it back on. It looks so much better. If you decide you want to give it a try be very careful drilling the rivets out, the bit can really bite into the plastic and then you will have an over size hole.

So, this happened yesterday.
There are 3 other XTS models in my town. My wife's cousin's girlfriend bought a white XTS 4. I had to do something!

Since I just joined, here is my 2014 XTS V Sport I just picked up. $11k out the door after I traded in my daily driver Malibu. Only 60k miles 😁

This is yesterday after getting the tint done, I'll be putting new tires on and probably new calipers all around because they're very nasty looking and I know from experience it's really hard to repaint brembos and have them look nice.

Looks great! What is the tint you used that's what i'm looking for, not very dark.

It's Rayno S7, 35% all around as that's the legal limit in my state. I've had it on all my cars in the past few years and it really helps with heat and headlights at night. Self healing to an extent as well so light scratches disappear after a few days.
