I am in the market for a 4 door sports car. I have 1 kid and one in the works. I really want a white CTSV or Red Obsession. My question is how does the Glacier White look? Is it more of a light grey or a flat white? Anyone know?

The color changes based on the ambient lighting. Sometimes light grey, sometimes very light blue. I get lots of positive comments on it, but I prefer the black one I had before!

Hope this helps.

LOL Rboughne1. I can't make up my mind. You took the words right out of my mouth. White does set off the CF really well but Red Obsession has more shine to it when clean. Also with the Red the taillights blend in and I don't like that. It will probably come down to what I can find the better deal on used.

It's like a smoked white. One just went up for sale in the V3 facebook group with about 6K miles on it. Grab it while you can! Very limited! Only 115 units produced!

The glacier constantly changes depending on lighting and angles... It's pretty crazy, but people always ask me about the color.

Bright direct sun, it's almost white.
Fluorescent parking lot lighting, it's that light flat gray (my buddy described it like a hammerhead shark lol)
Evenings, it gets kind of blueish-gray, and everything in-between those colors.

I have one of the 2018 Glacier Metallic's. It does not look as blue as it looked in the original pictures like here: https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a...lic-edition-a-sort-of-115th-birthday-product/

Parked by itself on street or in garage it is metallic white, which very subtle silver and blue. Parked near a white car it really stands out.

I get a lot of comments at gas stations etc. because people know it's not full white, they can't put their finger on just what it is, but they like it.

I am having trouble downsizing the pictures I have, but if you want to see some pm me and I will email.

I really love this color. It is distinct, but not outrageous.

Someday I hope to be able to park it next to a Crystal White CTS-V so I can really see the difference.

Good luck in your search. There were only 115 of the Glacier Metallic version made (115th anniversary edition) but if you see one for sale it is well worth checking out.
